Freedom Firearms Training Center has NRA certified instructors who provide top quality training and all materials needed to obtain a certificate for a CCW permit. Located in Atwater; we are 30 minutes from Akron or Canton. 45 minutes from Cleveland or Youngstown.

To obtain a conceal carry permit in Ohio, you must first attend a State Mandated 12 hour training class consisting of 10 hours of class time with a written exam, then 2 hours of range time with a shooting proficiency exam. Upon successful completion of both; a certificate will be issued to take to your local Sherriff to obtain a concealed carry permit.

Classes are held either on Saturday or Sunday (see scheduled dates) from 8:00 am to 8:00 p.m. Class tuition is $100.00 per person; pre-paid with cash or money order.
